Singer Aaron Carter has left rehab just two weeks after checking in to address "several legal and personal matters".

"Aaron has left the facility where he has been working on his wellness. Several legal and personal matters arose that required his immediate and in-person attention.

"He is still very much committed to his wellness and will be continually working toward being the best person possible," Carter's representative Steve Honig told.

The 29-year-old singer previously signed off on Twitter saying his fans would not be hearing from him until a tour next year.

Shia LaBeouf: Shia became famous with Transformers. He was charged with assault, after he threatened his neighbour, who was blocking his path to the garage, by ramming his car into his neighbour’s car. He was arrested for criminal trespassing and unlawful smoking. He was involved in a car accident, and arrested for DUI, and his license was suspended as well.

Selena Gomez: The star of the Disney show, Wizards of The Waverly Place, started drinking during her teens, and has been caught drunk by the camera several times!

Matthew Underwood: As a child, he played roles in the shows, Just Us Kids, Method and Red. He was arrested at his home for the possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.

Macaulay Culkin: The Home Alone star, was born in 1980, and was a successful child actor. In 2004, he was caught with 17.3 grams of marijuana and 32 milligrams of clonazepam, for which he was arrested and received three one-year suspended prison terms.

Lindsay Lohan: The Mean Girls star, who was born in 1986, went to rehab in 2004, due to alcohol abuse. She was arrested for DUI, cocaine possession and driving without a license. She served 14 days in jail and went to rehab several times. She was also charged with the theft of a necklace, from a jewellery store.

Jodie Sweetin: Born in 1982, Jodie began acting at mere age of 5. In 1995, she began drinking. She started taking drugs like crystal meth, ecstasy and cocaine. After 3 years of drug abuse, she admitted herself to a rehab.
