Only those who have encountered them, believe in aliens and UFOs. While there are several conspiracy theories and documentaries spun around the topic, no concrete evidence has been found to suggest that alien life exists. But just like the question of the existence of unicorns, some believe in the alien theory while others refuse to indulge in the fantasy. Certain celebs, too, believe in aliens. Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise is a follower of Scientology. Which means that he believes in aliens and UFOs, reported Etcanada.com. The religion, Scientology, is based on the idea of aliens seeding the planet. However, Tom Cruise seems to have taken his religion quite seriously. In 2007, it was reported that the actor was building an alien bunker for his other-worldly friends. Halle Berry

In a chat with a top US chat show titled The Late Show with David Letterman, actress, Halle Berry said that aliens exist. She seemed adamant on the statement. She told host David that she believes that there are life forms beyond Earth. She asserted that we are not alone. She was quoted as saying that she doesn't believe that humans are the only species in existence and that her ego doesn't allow her to think that they are the only ones who survived.

Sammy Hagar

Hagar claims that he has actually met an alien. Not only that, he also knew his name. He claimed that the alien was called David Lee Roth. He also claimed that the alien downloaded something from his brain. The musician was very serious about it but surprisingly kept much of it away from his autobiography to avoid appearing to be crazy.

Olivia Newton John

Olivia Newton John once witnessed a 'silvery object' speed across the sky and that she claimed to be an unidentified object. Since then, she has been a firm believer in all things extraterrestrial, though she has not experienced it again and it was only the time she witnessed the object. We wonder whether she indeed saw an UFO or was that an aeroplane.

Fran Drescher

Fran Drescher has always claimed to be an alien abductee. She claimed that she had an encounter with aliens when she was in high school. In her story, she says that an alien had implanted a chip in her hand which is her theory to explain the scar on her hand. Interestingly, her husband, too, has a similar scar on his hand. This encounter made Fran believe that she and her husband were programmed by the aliens to meet each other.
