Miley Cyrus ENGAGED to Maxx Morando; shows off HUGE diamond ring at 'Avatar: Fire and Ash' premiere - PICS INSIDE

Miley Cyrus is headed down the aisle again! The pop superstar is officially engaged and set to wed her longtime boyfriend Maxx Morando.

The happy news broke shortly after Cyrus and Morando walked the red carpet at the world premiere of 'Avatar: Fire and Ash' on Monday night.


The couple arrived in coordinated monochrome looks for the grand event. Miley stunned in a dramatic sheer black gown and Maxx in a crisp white shirt paired with a black suit. While the duo posed arm-in-arm for photographers, and kissed on the red carpet, it was the sparkling diamond on Miley’s left hand that stole the spotlight. The singer proudly showed off the giant stone, setting off immediate speculation that a proposal had taken place.

Hours after the premiere, confirmation arrived. Dan Morando shared a celebratory post revealing the engagement, including a close-up of Miley’s massive diamond ring. Going by the photo, the huge diamond is set in a thick gold band. The engagement comes after four-and-a-half years of dating, marking a milestone for the couple who have kept their relationship largely private.

This will be Cyrus’ second engagement. She was previously married to actor Liam Hemsworth after years of an on-again, off-again relationship. The pair wed in December 2018 but finalised their divorce just seven months later.

On the career front, Cyrus is also making waves with her contribution to the 'Avatar: Fire and Ash' soundtrack. The singer teamed up with Andrew Wyatt, Mark Ronson and composer Simon Franglen for the original track 'Dream as One', which features in the end credits of Cameron’s highly anticipated third instalment.

In a heartfelt note shared on social media, Cyrus wrote, “Honoured to support ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ with an original song I’ve written with Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt. Having been personally affected by fire and being rebuilt from the ashes, this project holds profound meaning for me… The film’s themes of unity, healing, and love resonate deeply within my soul.”

'Avatar: Fire and Ash' follows 2022’s 'Avatar: The Way of Water' and features returning stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, and Kate Winslet, alongside a sprawling ensemble cast.
