'Maleficent: Mistress of Evil' trailer: Angelina Jolie's impressive return as a wicked fairy godmother

Angelina Jolie is back on the silver screen as

Maleficent

in the sequel to her 2014 film with the same title. The stunning actress, who essayed the role of a wicked fairy godmother is seen reprising her character in 'Maleficent: Mistress of Evil'.

The makers of the film released the two minute and seventeen-second trailer showcasing Princess Aurora all set to step into adulthood as she plans to marry a prince. The trailer also gives us a glimpse of how Maleficent returns to become the terrifying mistress of evil as a treaty fails terribly in the Queen Ingrith and King John's palace.

Not only Jolie but even Michelle Pfeiffer and Elle Fanning have managed to impress with their stellar performance in the most awaited trailer of the year. The film which is helmed by Joachim Rønning is slated to release on October 18, this year.
