'Maleficent: Mistress of Evil': Angelina Jolie's devilish stare looks quite menacing in the new poster

Angelina Jolie is all set to make a grand comeback on the big screen with 'Maleficent: Mistress of Evil' which is the sequel of her 2014 film '

Maleficent

' in which she'll be seen essaying the character of an evil fairy godmother.

After releasing the trailer of the film a month ago, the makers of the film took to Twitter to share a new poster of Jolie with a caption which read as "Check out the new poster for Disney’s #Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. In theaters October 18th!"



While the trailer of the film received a good response from the audience, this new poster of Jolie flaunting her devilish side with a dreadful look in her eye is sure to intrigue all.

The film which is slated to release on 18th October this year is helmed by Joachim Rønning and also features Michelle Pfeiffer and Elle Fanning in significant roles.
