From Catwoman confronting Batman to Riddler's trademark; Five things that you might have missed in Robert Pattinson's 'The Batman' teaser

Warner Bros. recently released the teaser of one of their most anticipated film 'The Batman'. It not only gave us a glimpse of Robert Pattinson as the caped-crusader but also left the audience on the edge of their seats with its dark theme.

With fans talking about the presence of the gang of Jokers and the crime syndicate The court of Owls', the two minute twenty-three seconds teaser of Matt Reeves' directorial also gave us a glimpse of the important characters in the film. While the Catwoman confronted Batman, here are other blink-and-miss things that you might have missed in the teaser.

2/6

The Batmobile

Matt Reeves film will feature the Batman driving an American muscle car with a V8 engine. Popularly known as the Batmobile, it will be having a rocket booster, hooded vents and a roll cage. The Batmobile which is customised to the next level is sure to grab your attention instantly. The makers have tried to keep the Batman's ride real but customised it for the caped-crusader to fight crime.

3/6

Riddler's trademark

The teaser starts with a menacing scene where a man is seen duct-taping another man's face with 'No More Lies' written on it. The ominous character is expected to be The Riddler which is essayed by Paul Dano. While the glasses on the mask of the Riddler grabbed everyone's attention his trademark 'question mark' sign has been used at the end of the teaser to reveal the film's release date.

Catwoman confronts Batman

According to director Reeves, 25 to 30% of the film has been complete until now. But the makers have managed to give us a glimpse of Catwoman which is portrayed by Zoe Kravitz. She has a blink-and-miss presence in the teaser where she is seen confronting Pattinson aka Batman.

5/6

Oswald Cobblepot aka Penguin

Not only the Catwoman but the teaser also introduces us to another villain Oswald Cobblepot aka Penguin. The threatening character which is played by Colin Farrell seems to have undergone a drastic change using prosthetic make-up. The makers of the film seem to have focussed on all the characters in the film equally giving each one distinct look.

6/6

Batman's dark under-eye make-up

At an event, Reeves had revealed that the film is not an origin story and confirmed that the Batman is in the second year of his crime-fighting career. Deviating from the usual on-screen portrayal of the caped-crusader, Pattinson's Batman outfit seems to be giving more hand-made look. Not only that but in another notable scene, Pattinson can be seen sporting a dark under-eye make-up when he takes off his mask.
