The actor played the superhero for a decade

played Tony Stark (

Iron Man

) and kick-started what later went on to become among the most successful franchises in

Hollywood

. The

Marvel Cinematic Universe

(MCU) had him wearing the red and gold suit many times. During the decade-long journey of these superheroes, 23 films were churned out. spoke to an international magazine about being a superhero on-screen. He revealed that in his career there are two roles that he went into “a feverish-almost-like-a-waking dream in prep for something”. The actor was talking about his role as the legendary comedian Charlie Chaplin in Chaplin (1992) and the other was Iron Man. The actor said that it wasn’t so much about relating to the character as it was about him just presuming that it was his destiny to build this character around all of his experiences.

The Judge actor also revealed that he doesn’t know if Iron Man will be back again, but he said that “the war for me is over” and he has moved on to “greener pastures”. The actor will next be seen in
