Funny Bhojpuri songs which are made on government Rules

The Bhojpuri film industry has taken great strides in recent times but Bhojpuri songs have always been a favourite source of entertainment among the people. Progress in the industry has also increased the popularity of the Bhojpuri actors around the world. Some of the Bhojpuri actors are known to take up challenging characters and come up with something different in every film.

Bhojpuri songs are mainly known as dance numbers such as ‘Lollypop Lagelu’ and ‘Raja Raja Raja’ are very much famous throughout the country. The industry is also known for funny songs and some Bhojpuri singers have also released songs on government initiatives.

Holi Mein GST Jor Ke

Bhojpuri film industry’s popular face Dinesh Lal Yadav aka Nirahua released the Holi track titled ‘Holi Mein GST Jor Ke’. The song featured Nirahua and actress Amrapali Dubey in the lead. It captures the festive spirit of Holi and how GST is having an impact on it. The song speaks about the evil of dowry which is still prevalent in our society. Nirahua was seen in controversial reality TV show Bigg Boss season 6 as a participant. He is also one of the highest paid actors in Bhojpuri cinema.

Triple Talaq

Bhojpuri and Hindi singer Amit Yadav hailed the government's decision to bring up the Triple Talaq bill in the parliament and hoped that Muslim women get freedom from the age-old tradition ‘Triple Talaq’. The song expresses hope that all young Muslim men will follow the verdict. Amit is known for selecting current issues for his songs and most of his videos are available on Youtube. The song has been written by Kumar Anupam and music is given by Shyam Kamal Yadav.

Demonetization

The song ‘Jug Jug Jiya Modi Ji’ by Sakal Balamau is based on demonetization, the government's initiative to eradicate black money from the country. The song shows a woman worried about running her house with no cash. A male voice consoles her and tells her that any bank or post office will exchange her money.

As per reports, within two and a half hours after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced demonetization, the team was ready with the lyrics. That night itself, they recorded the song, edited it and designed the posters. Being the first ones to put together a song about the hot topic paid off and it went viral.

Jaldi Purana Biwi Band Kara Modi Ji

Popular Bhojpuri actor-singer and former Bigg Boss contestant Dinesh Lal Yadav’s song ‘Jaldi Purana Biwi Band Kara Modi ji’ is related to government's ban on Rs 500 and 1000 notes. The song shows Nirahua and Bhojpuri actress Amrapali Dubey as a married couple. On the occasion of Holi, Nirahua visits his in-laws and comes back drunk. The actor starts dancing before a picture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking to change his wife. It has become one of the most viewed Bhojpuri song on YouTube.
