Yash Dasgupta, who last appeared in Pathakrit Basu's romantic drama ‘Fidaa’, is now working on his next. Featuring Nusrat Jahan opposite Yash, the horror flick titled ‘Seven’ is being directed by eminent Bollywood scriptwriter Shagufta Rafique.
The upcoming film has already gained a lot of attention ever since it was announced and it seems Yash Dasgupta is also quite amazed by the story. "It is basically a horror film with a lot of supernatural elements in it. Strange things start to happen when an alien in a human form comes to earth," revealed the dashing actor.
So far just the lead pair has been finalised and the rest of the cast is yet to be decided. However, shooting of the film, produced by SVF, will start later this month in Kolkata and Darjeeling.
Jeet Gannguli will compose the music for the film while
Ravi Walia
will be the DOP.
‘Seven’ will mark Shagufta Rafique’s directorial debut after cementing her place as a highly sought-after scriptwriter in Bollywood with films like ‘Woh Lamhe’, ‘Raaz- The Mystery Continues’, ‘Jism 2’, ‘Jannat 2’, ‘Ashique 2’ and ‘Raaz 3’.
