Raima Sen is indeed a force of fitness. Accept your age gracefully

According to Raima, older people losing a lot of weight is wrong. One must be fit. Losing too much takes away the glow from the skin. So, her advice is accept your age gracefully. The popular actress manifests a mantra serving utmost motivation for one to build into the ideal version of themselves. While she credits yoga for her athletic physique, the star is also actively practicing cardio, pilates, and strengthening routines in order to push her limits and a not-so-strict scrumptious diet.

Don’t believe in myths

She insists not believe that only dieting can help you lose weight. She says we should combine exercise with diet. Raima feels we shouldn’t eat just because it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner time. Eat only when you feel hungry. Again, listen to your body. Apart from yoga, the actress also includes weight training in her fitness regime, training five times a week to tone up and giving her body time to rest and recover over the weekend. She’s also a strong follower of the animal flow workout which has become a new trend among celebs. Raima believes this workout has helped her a lot in recent times. According to the 'Dwitiyo Purush' actress, animal flow workout doesn't require equipment but is effective when it comes to building strength and stamina.
