’ as the entire team celebrated the film’s 100 days at the box office at a Kolkata theatre with a special screening of the thriller. The romantic thriller since its release on February 8 has received rave reviews from the audience and critics alike and on Tuesday evening along with director
Manoj Michigan the entire team had a grand get together celebrating their recent success. Even the special cake cutting ceremony became a fun-filled event.
While speaking about the box office success of ‘Tritiya Adhyay’, Manoj Michigan said: “It’s quite amazing to see a Bengali film running at theatres for 100 days. This means people are prioritising the content now. I am so proud of my team. It’s the result of a great teamwork. Everybody gave their best and it now feels finally the hard work has paid off.”
In the film, the two lead characters Kaushik (
Abir Chatterjee) and Shreya (
Paoli Dam) are childhood lovers who once lost contact with each other. After a long gap, Kaushik, a sports teacher, meets Shreya, a renowned botanist. The narrative highlights the background of their breakup, reunion and future.
