Saswata Chatterjee to star in Vivek Agnihotri’s next

Saswata Chatterjee is set to play a pivotal role in Vivek Agnihotri’s upcoming film The Delhi Files.According to reports, the Proloy actor revealed that he would portray a negative character, though he kept details about the role under wraps. He mentioned that the film’s research is meticulously detailed, with Agnihotri known for his deep dive into the subject matter. The film, which starts shooting in January, also features Anupam Kher as Gandhi, alongside Pallavi Joshi and Puneet Issar in significant roles.

While Saswata is tight-lipped about the specifics of the film, he continues to stay busy with promotions for his upcoming film Jamaloye Jibonto Bhanu. Known for his versatility, Saswata has made a mark in both Bollywood and South Indian cinema, recently appearing in Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD alongside Prabhas and Deepika Padukone.
