Kamaleswar Mukherjee’s upcoming thriller ‘Good Night City’ is already piquing everyone's interest. The ‘Amazon Obhijaan’ director has redefined the murder mystery genre with an intense story which deals with criminal psychology. Arunima Ghosh, Saayoni Ghosh, Sourav Das, and others looks nothing less than an assured box office hit.
Speaking about her excitement to work with Kamaleswar Mukherjee, Payel Sarkar said, “I have never played such an interesting character. I can’t reveal much right now. It was my dream to work in
Kamaleswar Da
’s film. But I didn’t expect that my character will have such importance. I have learned a lot during the shoot.”
Arunima Ghosh who is also excited to be a part of ‘Good Night City’, said, “Kamaleswar Mukherjee’s film means something special. I am playing Subhamita here who has lots of sheds in her character. I haven’t done anything like this before. You may think it’s a typical thriller after watching the trailer but the thing is it’s far deeper, it has a more humanitarian background.”
However, when asked about the film, Saswata Chatterjee didn’t want to reveal any details.
‘Good Night City’ revolves around 3 people - a criminal (Ritwick Chakraborty), a passionate police officer (Saswata Chatterjee) and a renowned psychiatrist (Rituparna Sengupta) who becomes the victim of this unusual story.
