Parambrata plays a crime reporter in Anindya Bikas Datta’s ‘Shokuner Lov’

An actor who loves to wear different hats, that’s what Parambrata Chatterjee is all about. He runs a small production unit, directs films but a bit choosy about his projects keeping a decent gap between directorial works. Being one of the most moving Bengali films last year, ‘Shonar Pahar’ directed by him earned accolades. At the same time, actor Parambrata is much in demand in Tollywood, in Bangladesh and even in Bollywood.

2019 ended remarkably for Parambrata as his latest film ‘Sagardwipey Jwaker Dhan’ was lapped up by the audience and looks like 2020 will start with another interesting film where we would get to see the versatile actor as a crime reporter.

’, the upcoming thriller directed by

Anindya Bikas Datta

sees a crime reporter risking his life to solve a 16-year-old murder. Can he overcome the challenges on the way? What will the outcome be? Sounds interesting, right!

The cast of the film is also an ensemble one. While Param will be seen as a crime reporter, Joy Sengupta plays a police officer. ‘Ghawre Bairey Aaj’ fame Tuhina Das plays the female lead.

‘Shokuner Lov’ will hit the theatres in February.
