Now the shooting of a telefilm starts in Tollywood

Television and web series shootings have already started. Now, a telefilm also went to the floors on Saturday. Ayan Chakraborty has started working with his cast on Mayabhuban — a 92-minute-long telefilm that is a part of Lockdown Diary of a channel. The film features Sandipta Sen, Shaheb Bhattacherjee, Biswajit Chakraborty, Ambarish Bhattacharya and others.
Elaborating on the concept, the director said, “This is a story of an aspiring actress, who proves that despite favouritism in the entertainment industry, a struggling actress can taste success. Hailed from a small town, our actress, played by Sandipta, could not come to the city because of the lockdown. She lives with her uncle and aunt. The moment the lockdown was lifted, she ran away to chase her dream.”
The shooting that started on Saturday will run till next week. Earlier, Ayan directed another telefilm, Bhalobasha Abason, as part of Lockdown Diary with Sohini Sarkar.
