The storyline of ‘Faagun’ revolves around Holi, the Indian festival of colours. It’s usually held in the Bengali month of 'falgun' or 'faagun' in colloquial dialect. Kolkata-based models Suvanita Pal and Debarun Swaraj play the lead roles in this short film.

The storyline and direction has received accolades winning a number of awards such as the Silver Award at the

Virgin Spring Cinefest 2018

. It also emerged as the semifinalist at the Los Angeles Cine Fest.
