baby girl

on Wednesday morning. Both the mother and the child are doing fine, informed Surajit. “Koni was admitted to the nursing home on Tuesday and she underwent a C-section a little before 11 am on Wednesday. She was shifted to the bed from the OT at around 12.30 pm,” said Surajit. Both their families were present at the south Kolkata nursing home during the operation. period. She worked in the popular megaserial, Andarmahal, till Puja last year. “When she wanted to quit the serial, she served them a notice. Meanwhile, she also did films like Mukherjee Dar Bou and

Konttho

. She even did the patch shoots and was busy with the promotions. Only for the last three days of her pregnancy did she stay completely at home. Now the doctors have advised her not to work for the next three months, but I leave that up to her to decide,” said Surajit. The two of them have been deciding on baby names for the past few months and have already named the newborn Kiah. “Kiah and Koni sound similar, but that’s her pet name. We’ll decide on the baby's good name very soon,” informed Surajit, adding that Koneenica will be back home in three-four days.
