can’t thank his friends, colleagues and fans more. The popular actor recently launched his book ‘
Abhinaba Arindam
’ in the august presence of
Kheyali Dastidar
,
Sabyasachi Chakrabarty
, Tridib Chatterjee and
Prosenjit Chatterjee. The event was like a reunion of old friends.
“I and Kheyali was going through a cold phase and during that time I used to scribble down these stories. So in a way, the cold phase has actually helped me in bringing out the best in me” said an elated Arindam Ganguly during the book launch.
‘Abhinaba Arindam’ has assembled twenty five short stories which the seasoned actor has penned down over the years.
“Whenever I am writing a book, Tridib da asks me if Arindam has read it. If he says okay, only then Tridib da is satisfied that I have done a great job. Just imagine my situation,” said Kheyali Dastidar.
Veteran actor Sabyasachi Chakrabarty, an old friend of Arindam said: “Arindam is a talented individual. He is an actor, a lyricist, a theatre personality and so many other things. I can still remember, I was acting in one of the plays written by him. I delivered an extra dialogue and he immediately made a song out of it.”
Prosenjit Chatterjee who is a childhood friend of Arindam Ganguly was excited when speaking about the dedication and hard work that Arindam puts in his work. “I am sure the book is a labour of his hard work and I wish him all the best for his new stint as an author,” said the Tollywood superstar
‘Abhinaba Arindam’ is readily available at the leading book stores in Kolkata.
