A rocking success party for Team Shororipu

The success party of Ayan Chakraborti���s latest venture,

, was celebrated at a city restobar on Tuesday evening, amidst much glitz and glamour. It was attended by the film���s cast and crew. The party kickstarted with a musical performance by Ananya Bhattacharjee and Pata. The director, who was all smiles, ushered in the guests. ���Even though the film released just a week back, it���s doing pretty well at the theatres,��� said Ayan. Chiranjeet, who dons the role of a detective in the film, was seen socialising with Koneenica Banerjee, Rajatava Dutta and Rudranil Ghosh. ���Initially I did not have much expectation from the film. But when I saw it myself, I was convinced that it���s going to be a hit. Besides, the film is also attracting a lot people from every section of the society,��� said

. Composer Debajyoti Mishra, who was also present at the do, was heard saying that the songs in the film have become an important part of the narrative. A high point in the evening was when Rudranil took to the stage and hummed a few lines. The party drew to a close with everyone digging into a lavish spread of Indian and Chinese dishes on offer.
