It all started when Pori Moni expressed her dismay when her husband Sariful Razz held actress Bidya Sinha Mim’s hand at a promotional event for their film Damal. She also took to Facebook to aim a dig at Bidya, claiming that she was trying to get with other men. Tagging her husband, Raihan and Bidya, Pori wrote: “You should have been content with your own husband.” She also accused Raihan of “brokerage”, implying he is pimping Bidya out.To her husband, Pori said: “You shouldn’t have let it go this far.” The ugly spat between Pori Moni and Bidya became one of the most talked about incidents in 2022. Many even started blaming Bidya Sinha Mim for destroying Pori Moni and Sariful Razz’s marriage.

Actor-director Tathagata Mukherjee and Debleena Dutt’s marriage of seven years hit the doldrums in 2021. The reason behind this, is, reportedly, Tathagata’s alleged relationship with actress Bibriti Chatterjee. However, both Tathagata and Bibriti denied these rumours. Tathagata said he won’t talk about this since it’s his personal matter.
