Engagement speculations around Bengali serial leads Sourav Chakraborty and Suvosmita Mukherjee

Actors Sourav Chakraborty and Shuvosmita Mukherjee, who play the lead roles in the popular Bengali television serial Lokkhi Jhnapi, continue to remain at the centre of relationship speculation in the television industry. The two were paired together on screen for the first time in the serial, which also marked Sourav’s return to daily soaps after a long gap.

While Suvosmita has been consistently seen in lead roles across television projects, this serial brought Sourav back to the small screen after years of working across web series, direction and writing. The actor, who began his career in television, has also published a book, adding to his creative pursuits beyond acting. It was during the shooting of the serial that Sourav and Suvosmita reportedly grew close, eventually leading to a personal relationship, which the two initially preferred to keep private.
