AMBALA: The
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president
Amit Shah on May 5 will address a rally in
Yamunanagar
and
Uttar Pradesh chief minister
Yogi Adityanath on May 8 at Panchkula under its election campaign for party's Ambala (reserved) seat candidate Rattan Lal Kataria, party’s Ambala parliamentary in-charge Jagdish Chopra said on Thursday.
Chopra was addressing a press conference in Ambala city accompanied by Kataria, Panchkula MLA Gian Chand Gupta and Ambala City MLA Aseem Goel.
Rattan Lal Kataria said, “There is anger against the Congress in the country and our party’s campaign would run a wave against the grand old party. We will win all 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana. Now the time has come for Selja’s defeat who has never thought of Ambala public. She had not spent her MPLAD funds for development works in Ambala when she remained an MP from here. Party president and UP CM Yogi’s rallies will help me in winning with a huge margin.”
On being asked about the promises he failed to fulfill, Kataria said this time he would make efforts to fulfill all promises he made during last elections and for 2019 as well. “I accept I failed in my duty to make railway connectivity from Yamunanagar via Naraingarh to Chandigarh. I can assure you that this time I will make possible efforts to bring this project on the ground”, said Kataria.
He ascertained that he does not have any differences with health minister Anil Vij, who called him a missing person 2.5 years ago.
