NDA will secure 400 seats in upcoming polls: Thavar Chand Gehlot

HARIDWAR: Union minister of social justice and empowerment Thavar Chand Gehlot on Monday claimed that the BJP-led NDA will secure 400 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections with BJP clinching 350 seats, including all five seats in Uttarakhand.
Gehlot who is BJP’s poll-in-charge for Uttarakhand, said, “Today, India ranks among the world's five biggest economies besides being recognised as one of the fastest growing economies.We have been successful in thwarting terrorism through surgical strikes and not even a single corruption charge can be levelled against us.”
Launching an attack on the opposition, he said, “They are trying to mislead voters by trying to propagate false narratives.” He went on to add, “Narendra Modi has provided an honest and effective government but the opposition on the other hand is weak and fragmented.”
