People who voted BJP to power in ’14 feel cheated: Avinash Pande
JAIPUR: AICC general secretary in-charge of Rajasthan Avinash Pande on Tuesday claimed that there was an undercurrent in favour of Congress in the state. He said the people who voted BJP to power in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls were “feeling cheated” and would now help Congress achieve its Mission-25 in the state.
Pande was speaking at a press conference where the Rajput Arakshan Manch announced its support to Congress in the upcoming parliamentary elections. “This election is being fought to safeguard the democracy in country, which is presently facing undeclared emergency under the Modi rule. The media is under duress and there is an all-round attack on the country’s cultural diversity and heritage,” he said.
