Addressing a gathering in Sewan town of the district which comes under Kurukshetra parliament seat, he focused on BJP government achievements in country as well as in state. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is country's chowkidar and safeguard for nation and he is Haryana state's chowkidar.

He lambasted on Congress saying that announcement of giving Rs 72,000 is just an eye wash a it failed to remove poverty in their 70 years regime in country. CM claimed that nation would be Congress free on May 23 after

polls results. He added that Rahul Gandhi misleading entire country by announcing scheme of giving money to poorest people but he himself totally unknown about the scheme.

Khattar lashed out on Congress party he said that despite being its first prime minister Jawahar Lal Nehru after that his grandmother Indira Gandhi and then his father Rajeev Gandhi had ruled the nation for years but all failed to remove poverty from the country then how Rahul Gandhi could do.

He also flayed on INLD saying that these people used to sell jobs in state but BJP provided jobs with a transparent system on the basis of merit. He added that his focus is to uproot corruption from its root in the state.
