KAITHAL: Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) leader
Dushyant Chautala on Thursday said that his party would clear its stand on possible alliance with
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) within 48 hours. The final report of the party’s three-member committee, comprising state president Nishan Singh, disciplinary committee president Satbir Singh and general secretary K C Bangar, pertaining to seat allocation has been sent to senior leader
Ajay Singh Chautala for final approval.
Passing a comment on INLD leader and his estranged uncle Abhay Singh Chautala, Dushyant said that they were not seeking alliance with the saffron party but trying to merge with them as INLD had lost its base among public in the state.
Replying on a statement of Abhay in which he said that he didn’t know Dushyant and JJP but came to know about ‘chappal (slipper) party’, he replied that at least his opponents remembered JJP election symbol well. Every one from the common man to special persons used ‘chappal’ so it would make an impact across the state soon, he added.
