MBA–MMS CET 2026 second attempt registration opens for one day on April 24
MBA MMS CET 2026: The first phase of the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell for admission to the postgraduate professional courses Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Management Studies (MMS) for the academic year 2026–27 was held from April 6 to April 8, 2026.
However, many students who had not registered for the second attempt of the MBA–MMS CET approached the CET Cell in person and also requested via email and telephone to reopen the registration process. Taking these requests into consideration, the CET Cell has reopened registration for the second attempt for one day only, on Friday, April 24, 2026, with a late fee. As this is the final opportunity for students who have not yet registered for the second attempt, the CET Cell has urged them to complete their registration immediately.
48,588 students registered for the second attempt
From this year, as per the decision taken by Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil, students in Maharashtra are being given two attempts for the MBA–MMS entrance examination for the first time.
