KSET 2025 document verification schedule released for SC candidates: Check dates here
KSET 2025: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued an official notification regarding the document verification schedule for candidates associated with the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) 2025, in connection with the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test–2025 (PGCET-2025).
According to the notice, the online verification of documents for candidates who had applied for verification of eligibility was conducted earlier as per the schedule issued on November 21, 2025. However, due to unavoidable reasons, the verification process was extended and carried out between November 29 and December 12, 2025.
As per the revised schedule, candidates pursuing postgraduate degree courses and belonging to Scheduled Caste-A (SC-A), Scheduled Caste-B (SC-B) and Scheduled Caste-C (SC-C) categories, who have applied for Reservation for Degree (RD) status, are required to attend document verification at the notified centres from December 22 to December 24, 2025.
The Authority has clarified that verification will be conducted only at centres officially notified by the Karnataka Examinations Authority.
In addition to SC candidates, those pursuing postgraduate degree courses and belonging to General Merit (GM), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Category-1, Category-2A, Category-2B, Category-3A and Category-3B categories, who have applied under Reservation for Degree status, will also undergo document verification as per the revised schedule issued by the Authority.
Candidates must appear for the document verification process in person. They are required to bring all original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification. Production of the Final Marks Cards at the time of verification is mandatory.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority has warned that failure to produce the required documents will lead to rejection of the Reservation for Degree claim for the academic year 2025.
Key points to note:
Candidates are advised to carefully check the revised schedule and ensure timely attendance at the designated verification centres to avoid disqualification of their claims.
