JAC Result 2026: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi has announced the Annual Secondary Examination results for 2026, bringing relief and celebration to lakhs of students across the state. The overall pass percentage has touched an impressive 95.278%, marking one of the stronger performances in recent years.
Out of a total of 4,24,001 registered candidates, 4,22,109 students appeared for the examination. A total of 4,02,178 students have successfully passed the exam. The results highlight a strong academic outcome with a large number of students securing first division marks, reflecting improved performance standards across schools in Jharkhand.

Education officials have attributed the strong performance to regular academic reforms, improved teaching standards, and better student preparedness across government and private schools.
The pass percentage of 95.278% places this year among the better-performing batches in recent times, reinforcing optimism within the state education system.
Over 2.26 Lakh Students Secure First DivisionA total of 2,26,957 students have secured first division, making it the largest segment among successful candidates. Meanwhile, 1,60,673 students passed in second division, and 14,548 students obtained third division.
Officials noted that the high number of first division scorers reflects a positive shift towards academic excellence and competitive performance among students in the state.
