Extent of Damage

The fire has resulted in the damage of around 40 fishing boats, with each boat estimated to cost at least Rs 40 lakh, according to statements from the fishermen.

Suspicions of Foul Play?

The exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and authorities, including police and fire service personnel, are investigating the incident.
