Visit Agnampudi Lake!! you will see a layer of Plastic floating on TOP.. visit pammullu gadda on vizag steel plant road.. Releasing CD's is not going to work..you need to get GVMC folks to visit and punish folks who sell and throw them .. File court cases on Product owners who sell the single use Snacks , bhel puri and noodles in plastic boxes.
