Tributes paid to Phule

Vijayawada: Jyotirao Govindrao Phule was remembered at a function organised here on his 190th birth anniversary. AP Backward Classes Legal Cell organised the commemmoration. Speakers praised the social reformer for contributing to the uplift of backward classes. Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu unveiled a statue of Phule at Thummalapalli Kalakshetram on Monday.
