TDP slams Jaganmohan Reddy for politicising killing

VIJAYAWADA: TDP leader Ch Adinarayana Reddy on Friday accused YSRC president YS Jaganmohan Reddy of trying to politicise the death of his uncle Y S Vivekananda Reddy.

He said there were differences between Vivekananda Reddy and Y S Avinash Reddy over contesting the Lok Sabha election. For a long time, Vivekananda faced difficulties with Jagan, who was always trying to hurt his contesting chances.

Stating that initial reports suggested death due to heart attack, Adinarayana said YSRC leaders changed have begun blaming the chief minister for Vivekananda’s death to gain sympathy.

He called for an investigation by an SIT to find out the truth in Vivekananda Reddy’s death. He said he will write letters to AP DGP, Kurnool DIG and Kadapa SP for a fair probe.
