, the court fixed the next date for hearing as May 30 when AIM arguments would continue.Talking to TOI, Yadav said, “We challenged the maintainability of case no. 693/2021 in the light of many legal provisions and orders of the Apex Court in many cases. Only on the claims of the women plaintiffs, their demands can’t be allowed. They have not produced evidence in support of the claims made in their petition. Claims made by the plaintiffs in different paragraphs of their petitions are contradictory in itself.”
