Man who threatened Raj minister arrested

Udaipur: Police here on Sunday arrested a man for allegedly giving death threat to cabinet minister Babulal Kharadi on social media.The accused has been identified as Jitendra Kumar Ahari (21), a resident of Banjariya police station in Kherwara region of Udaipur. Police have seized mobile phone used in the incident from the accused.Udaipur SP Yogesh Goyal said a report was filed by minister's gunman Bhima at Kotda police station about death threat to Kharadi on his Instagram ID. A case was registered and investigation started. Considering the seriousness of the incident, police formed a special squad for apprehending the accused, he said.Goyal said, the special team with technical support identified accused as Jitendra Kumar Ahari. He was detained and arrested after interrogation. Police remand was obtained after presenting him in court.
