3 killed in road crash

Udaipur: Three friends were killed in a motorcycle accident after being struck by a trailer truck in Udaipur on Sunday night. The trio was returning home after visiting Idana Mata temple when the accident occurred. The trailer driver fled the scene, leaving the victims in critical condition. On Monday, family members and outraged villagers staged a protest, demanding immediate arrest of the driver.Chel Singh, officer-in-charge of Kurabad police station, said police were alerted by a passerby. The victims were taken to a hospital, but they had succumbed to their injuries. The bodies were placed in mortuary of Kurabad Government Community Health Centre. When the family members arrived at the hospital, they refused to allow a post-mortem examination until the driver was apprehended.

Drunk driver fakes robbery to get help after accident

A vehicle accident near Assagao church resulted in a car fire early on Tuesday morning. Driver Neeraj Sourav, who was reportedly intoxicated, initially claimed to have been robbed after his calls for help went unanswered. However, investigation revealed his deception, leading to fines for driving under the influence and in a negligent manner.

Golconda accident victim's family donate his organs

Family members of M Ramesh, who was severely injured in a Golconda accident and declared brain dead, donated his organs. His seven-year-old son died at the scene. The driver, Srinath, tested positive for drunk driving and was arrested. The incident involved a car hitting their bike at high speed, leading to a fatal collision.

Driven to death: Auto driver killed in Gurgaon family feud

Two more men were arrested for the murder of a 27-year-old auto driver in Gurgaon. The victim, Kuldeep, was allegedly blackmailing a family member of the accused with intimate videos. The accused bludgeoned him with sticks after he refused to unlock his phone. The body was found behind KR Mangalam University in Sohna.
