smart city project

limited was held here on Thursday.

The meeting approved the articles of association and memorandum of association of SPV. It also ratified the appointment of chairman of

SPV

and first directors. The request for proposal to choose project management consultant for the implementation of smart city project will be considered in the next director board meeting. Next meeting of SPV will be convened in two weeks.

The civic body had earlier appealed to the state government to expedite clearing of articles of association and memorandum of association by finance and law department following which the process was accelerated.
