Talking to TOI, JMM general secretary and spokesman Vinod Pandey said, "The CM is scheduled to visit Palamu district on Wednesday where he will inaugurate a milk processing plant of the Jharkhand Milk Federation."

Jharkhand high court yet to take up Soren plea against ED
Notably, the ED has so far issued summons five times to the CM in connection with its probe about the Ranchi land scam case. Previous summons asked him to appear on August 14, August 24, September 9 and September 23.

The CM had moved the Supreme Court, challenging the summons but the apex court asked him to approach the Jharkhand HC with his grievances. Thereafter, he filed a criminal writ petition in the high court, challenging the ED's jurisdiction to serve him summons, a week ago. The HC is yet to take up his plea. Sources said Soren is expected to fly to Delhi on Thursday to attend a meeting on security issues hosted by Union home minister Amit Shah and representatives from all states will attend.
