Pondicherry University extends last date for PhD admission

PUDUCHERRY: Pondicherry University has extended the last date for online registration for admission into PhD courses for the academic year 2023-24 till July 10. The candidates can apply for the courses online by visiting https://www.pondiuni.edu.in/admissions-2023-24/.

Candidates, who could not complete their registration earlier, and fresh candidates can apply for admission. Admission will be based on the performance of the candidates in the entrance examinations.

The university has introduced PhD courses in Hindi, tourism studies and English from the academic year 2023-24. The university has posted the updated intake of students for other PhD courses on its website.

The university has furnished complete information on the PhD courses offered in its schools, departments and centres and its affiliated institutions.

The university directed the candidates to check the eligibility criteria / requirements for the courses before applying. It also directed the candidates to visit its website for periodical updates.
