Woman found hanging in Muz

PATNA: The body of a 30-year-old woman was found hanging in her room at Titra Bishunpur village under Sakra police station in Muzaffarpur district on Saturday night. The deceased, identified as Puja Mishra, was married to Mukesh Kumar in 2012. Her family members alleged that she was killed for dowry, while the in-laws claimed that she committed suicide.

"The family members of the deceased accused Mukesh's family of killing her for dowry. But they have not filed a written complaint yet. The in-laws of Puja are denying the allegations and claimed that she committed suicide," said Raju Kumar Pal, SHO of Sakra police station.
