Ravi Shankar Prasad to file papers today
PATNA: Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad will file his nomination papers for the biennial
Before submitting his nomination papers to state assembly secretary Ram Shreshtha Rai, Prasad will visit the state BJP headquarters where he will be welcomed by party’s state president Nitynand Rai and others.
