Jan Suraaj fields Dr Vinayak Gautam for Tirhut council bypoll

Patna: Newly launched Jan Suraaj, backed by poll strategist Prashant Kishor, on Friday announced the name of Dr Vinayak Gautam for the bypoll to Tirhut Graduate constituency of the Bihar Legislative Council.A radiologist, Dr Gautam's father, Ram Kumar Singh, represented this seat three times in the past, a Jan Suraaj member.
