MUMBAI: The MSRTC staffers faced technical issues with Electronic Ticket Issuing Machines (ETIMs) for nearly an hour on Tuesday morning.
An official said that the conductors were asked to switch to manual tickets and after an hour, when the machines were functional, they switched back to e-tickets for passengers.
A statement issued by MSRTC in the evening mentioned: "All our ETIMs are normal and functional and there is no defect. Also, there was no cancellation of any bus service due to the problem we faced in the morning."
