At least 100 to 150 persons gathered on a road in the Mahim suburb of Mumbai on Monday to celebrate the festival of Holi amid rising number of coronavirus cases in the city. Most of the people were seen not wearing masks, violating COVID norms, all of this while dancing to loud music. The incident took place on a lane located in the Mahim Koliwada locality.
