Man booked under Pocso for sex assault on minor boy

Mumbai: A man who, under the influence of alcohol, sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy in Mankhurd on Monday, was arrested by the police under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso).The Mankhurd police said the victim returned home looking distressed and crying, with blood dripping from his private parts. The boy told the police that the accused sexually assaulted him in Sonapur area in Mankhurd. When the family confronted the accused, he said he was under the influence of alcohol. TNN
