Too many dams can also cause ecological disasters. Everything must be well analysed before taking decisions. When there is less rainfall the rivers can dry if flow is not ensured. This would mean that the gates should be openable at different heights and levels to always ensure certain minimum flow of river while taking advantage of excess waters during heavy rainfall.Read allPost comment
