Probably outsourced employee, most banks are increasing risk by outsourcing sales recovery of various products including credit cards. These outsourced employee are paid about little above minimum wages, and some of them cheat out of frustration or tempted to make a profit. Actual officers of bank suffer the risk of accountability and police investigation. Financial sector should make strong processes and avoid giving high targets to backward areas, old outsourced employee should be put on roles if they stay longer in system.Read allPost comment
