Jain community organizes silent rally seeking safety
Kolkata: Thousands of members of the Jain community participated in a silent rally in Kolkata on Saturday under the banner of Sakal Jain Samaj. The rally was organized to seek justice for the revered Jain Aryika Matajis who tragically lost their lives in the recent road accident at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, and demand comprehensive measures to ensure safety and security of Jain saints and nuns undertaking foot pilgrimages across the country.
