Congress and Left protecting terrorism, says Amit Shah
Alappuzha: Urging voters in Alappuzha to vote for the BJP candidate and ensure Narendra Modi makes India the third largest economic power, Union home minister Amit Shah said both Congress and Left should be defeated as they are protecting terrorism in the state and taking the support of banned PFI to win LS polls. Seeking votes for BJP candidate Sobha Surendran while addressing a rally in Alappuzha, Shah said only Modi can keep the country secure.
“Till Modi govt is in power, organizations like PFI will remain banned in India,” said Shah.
Referring to the 2021 killing of BJP’s OBC Morcha leader Ranjith Sreenivasan in his house and other party workers, Shah alleged these killings were carried out by terrorist groups, like the PFI.
Shah also attacked the Congress and the Left further, alleging they both pretend to be fighting each other in Kerala and West Bengal but join forces in other parts of the country. “Every vote that you give to Sobha Surendran will help Narendra Modi become the PM,” said Shah. “All surveys show the entire Kerala is willing to move ahead with Modi. Kerala’s farmers and fishers are with Modi. There is a voice to vote for Modi from every nook and corner of Kerala to protect its culture and heritage,” he said.
“This election is to make India the third largest economy in the world. It is to make India top in agriculture, technology, and manufacturing,” he said.
