Taekwondo championship on Dec 24, 25

Kanpur: Kanpur Taekwondo Association will organize district Taekwondo championship on December 24 and December 25. In a meeting the office-bearers of the association decided to organize a coaching camp before the state championship in which all players could participate. The office-bearers of the association congratulated Vaniya Singh and Vandana Sharma for winning the gold medal and Ishi Katiyar and Yashi Yadav for winning silver medals in the first Awadh Open National Championship held in Lucknow from December 2 to December 4. Vishal Yadav of DD Vidya Niketan Education Centre won a gold medal in the CBSE Board East Zone Taekwondo championship held in Varanasi from December 1 to December 4. tnn
